A good soft pretzels.
The man at the counter was very nice and made me pretzels with out butter and then one of the employees brought them to me. Great customer service!
I waited ten minutes for a pretzel I was told would take five minutes. When I attempted to eat the pretzel I noticed it was burnt.
Pretzels were hard, when brought to attention of worker/manager they just shrugged, when asked for fresh ones he said they would take too long to make. Bridgestreet had a pretzel shop that's cheaper and better, we won't be back.
I like Auntie Anne's. & Normally the service is ok. But this morning I had the worst experince. I NEVER write reviews so the fact that I am says alot. Ok so I am waiting at the counter (The time is about 11:41 am...8/28/14) for these TWO girls (one white with a long black or brown ponytail and the other mixed i think with white and black with her hair pulled back..the race doesnt matter just wanted to be accurate in case someone wants to investigate this) and so im still waiting because these girls are PICKING SCABS off of this guy that they are talking too. So the girl comes over as slow as possible and because I work in the mall, they have dollar pretzel day on Tues/Thurs..so I just confirm is it dollar pretzel day? An she rolls her eyes and says yea. And then I point to a preztal through the glass and ask is that no salt? and again she says yea with a attitude. So while shes getting my pretzel she's like coughing all over the place!! (YUCK) After I get the pretzel I THREW IT AWAY! Because ovbiously, hygeine is NOT IMPORTANT to HER/THEM. When those girls are working I suggest you save your money and Pick the OTHER PRETZEL PLACE CLOSE TO DILLARDS! I will never eat there again.
