Staff is very friendly and attentive, never had any issues with this branch.
I've been to two wildfires locations in huntsville Al and one in madison al. All three locations has loud ghetto rap music playing and the staff was unprofessional. The music was so loud you couldn't hear the tellers and was very distracting.
I wont go here since they are rude most of the time and when the atm was out they said to me i could just go through the check out line get money there. So teller and manager didnt have any customer services and this was my first time going to this one. I have been to university drive since then and i am happy with that branch.
This little bank is GREAT! I almost never post reviews about anything. I am not related to or connected in any way to the people at this bank. I am just a customer that has done business with many different banks over the years. The manager at this branch, Patricia Lockett, is one of the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable, bank employees that I have ever dealt with. She's a very good leader and it shows in the in the way all of the employees deal with their customers. The esprit de cor is contagious and makes going to this bank something I actually look forward to. How rare to go to any store in this day and time where every employee is HAPPY and wants to help the customers!
