I had an excellent customer service experience at Blevins Cycle . I am very new to the cycling world. I came in with 2 friends., also beginners) and Ed.. (Yes you have to ask for Ed)..took his time and explained each type of bikes. He helped us get fitted for a bike just to test drive. He was very patient. I never felt pressured to buy anything or to hurry up. We took a lot of his time and he never seemed annoyed. When I came back to purchase the bike ..he took more time to make sure I was fitted just right and assisted me with getting it in my car. Also, he explained some bike laws to me that I wasn't aware of. I felt Ed was more like an uncle than a sales guy ..LOL... I know I will have more questions. And I feel comfortable to call the shop or just stop by

The guys here are amazing! They do not pressure you into sales unlike other LBS in town. Blevin's will answer any question you have, no matter how crazy they will look for the answer.
These guys give top notch customer service, bike maintenance, and a good laugh or two. Don't waste your time going to other shops, you'd just end up here in the long run anyways.

Blevins and Giant took care of me. My wife and child bought me a gift certificate to buy a mountain bike on my birthday. I went in the shop and ordered a Giant Fathom. I had only ridden the bike 3 or 4 times when a friend took me out on a trail that was way beyond my skill level. I put a large dent in the left chain stay. I brought it back to Blevins hoping that there was a way to fix it. Unfortunately, there was no way without replacing the frame. The manager said that he would talk to the Giant rep to see what our options were. The Giant rep agreed that the dent was large enough to make the bike unsafe. It took a while to finally get an answer, but ultimately, Giant considered it a warranty item and replaced my frame for free! An added bonus was that the frame came from Europe with a color scheme unique to European models. After finding out that Giant was supplying a replacement frame, it was only a few days later that I got a call from Blevins saying that they had transferred all of the components and the bike was ready.
