This place was awful I wouldn’t even give them a star. The service for food was terrible and the balls kept getting stuck. I had to wait over an hour for fries

I work a customer service job and I am quite passionate about the customer experience. I do understand that sometimes it's hard and tasking, but in no way shape or form may someone be treated as such as me and my fiancee have been treated here. We were directly ignored after asking for a score correction and we were ignored after blatant eye contact at the concession stand. Furthermore, my fiancee was denied water. It's okay that we have to pay for it, but the concessionist at front refused to serve us and directed us to a vending machine, of which didn't take cards and we didn't have cash. I'm appalled and saddened by such a lack of compassion.
I wouldn't even give this place a star workers are rude game wouldn't give tickets out and they said oops managers not here so I can't do anything food took forever then the balls kept getting stuck brought my brother brought his own ball and it scratched the surface of my ball and they said it didn't happen that he was basically lieing I would never recommend this place to anyone ever the workers act like they don't care about anything
