I think my grandma is working the kitchen. Good down home cooking. Its kind of a funny little quirk but I would say that a majority of the customers are nearing retirement age or older. Not that that's bad. Just saying. Also...Rolo's has catered our company Christmas party for years and it's always great. Really great.
