I don't have a boat but it seems like a good place to keep one. I love the view of the Tennessee River. The have a walkway and bench's right along the river. It's relaxing and beutiful. The also have a trail that extends from a bike path that I like to ride; always nice to bike with a view. There is a little campground that has a playground. Used to go over there when the kids were small and it was a fun overnight. There is also a nice pavilion that I've been to for events.
Laid back friendly staff. The park is shaded and quiet but has no sewer hookups. Overall my experience was a good one. I would come back here again.
Beautiful and clean, this is a great, open area for a reception or party. Bathrooms near by and close enough to the water, but not too close for the noise off of the water.
Nice place for a hike a run or a walk. Great place to launch a boat into the river for a day of fishing or just a day of fun on the water. Camp grounds and good place to just relax.
So much to do here between feeding ducks, walking 2 green ways (1 along the river), park fix the children.... A great place to just enjoy nature, I love it
