The self-wash was inoperable with no indication that is was broken. There is no contact information to call and get a refund as well as there is nobody on site to help with the issue.
I drive a tow truck for a living so it's nice to have a place that's big enough to drive it into and give it a proper wash. The timers don't cheat you like some other car washes and the owner is extremely friendly.
