I called 15 times just to find out about my wife's traffic court date and I got a "wireless costumer" message and never ONE answer.
Doesn't answer the phone and issues an FTA for no reason. I literally have appeared in every court date since my release for a traffic ticket!!
The ladies at the front window were extremely friendly, and proficient. There was a pretty good sized line when I arrived, so one of the ladies came out and walked around to everyone. She was able to go ahead and prepare everything for everyone, so that when they got to the window it didn't take awhile to get everything together and pay. It really helped with time saving! I was on my lunch break and crunched for time, so I was very thankful for this! It was exceptional service.
Meanwhile they're condescending and patronizing to everyone who walks through the door an ask them to do their job.
Building is old and cold.
We need to clean house over there.
This is why all those people behind the counter are out of shape and tired looking. All they do is float by on life while tax payers foot the bill.
The confederate guy is right these guys never answer the phone and when you go down there they're all sitting around doing nearly nothing.
This is a waste of our taxes.
I went to court and spoke with the judge and my lawyer but still have a faliure to appear. And my husband has a random kidnapping charge! They mess up there paper work constantly and are very rude if you ask them to find out what went wrong.
