The Huntsville Office is hit or miss as afar as service goes. We've had our loan over three years and have only ever been late once, Received excellent service that one time. Recently, the service has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. We always pay our bill by the 1st of every month which is within our loan's 10 day period before a late fee applies (commonly known as a grace period). We are paid once a month. Sometimes, we will get paid a day or two early, but never later than the last day of the month. In December, schools shut down for two weeks, so we got paid on the 19th instead of the 30th (paid on the last working day of the month). If we do not pay PFS on the first day of the month, it is because we have paid early, not late. Today I receive a very harassing and rude call from the Huntsville office (the same one I receive every month) warning me to pay. I politely explain that I pay by the first of every month which is within my grace period and if they look into my chart they should be able to verify this, The rude man at the office told me this was not true because I sometimes paid on the 19th and sometimes on the 29th, etc. I tried to explain the situation and he said "WHATEVER." I reminded him that yes, if I had the money, I paid early, but I always paid by the first of month -- never late. By the way, this payment is for a vehicle which has not worked in over three months due to a problem which it had when it was sold. So it sits in the driveway waiting for the time when I will not be so upside down that I can trade it away and I sit inside waiting for the next harassing phone call from PFS. If you have options to avoid the exorbitant interest rates this company charges, please take your business elsewhere. Their rates aren't far from those of the title pawn brokers. It stinks here.
If you have an auto loan here you most likely couldn't get one anywhere better.

All the people at the Huntsville location are great especially Heather. I made my payment today over the phone and she found an error on my account and fix it with no problem and told me how to get this loan to show up on my credit report. Thanks Heather and the other professionals there who have always been great to deal with
My car loan is through Professional Financial Services. Their name is absolutely reflective of the manner they have treated me with. Richie has always helped me ensure that I'm playing by the rules and I am very grateful for that.
ABSOLUTE WORST FINANCIAL GROUP IVE EVER DEALT WITH in my entire life! They are so inconsiderate. The guy Richie who works there will blow your phone up 100 times a day after you've already told him that you're in the process of paying over the phone. Today I called to get our account number so we could pay with our card and Richie refused to give it to me because we weren't paying enough to meet his expectations. We work our butts off trying to make ends meet for us and our daughter so it would be nice to have a little respect from the customer service end!!! Can't wait to get this car paid off so we don't ever have to deal with "RICHIE" again!
