They ripped up my road two weeks ago and hadn't come back until today. Now they are laying asphalt in the rain which causes problems in the finished product. It hasn't rained any other day this week. Also anytime I see their trucks driving I avoid them due to them being some of the worst drivers. I've seen them standing around on their phones doing nothing for hours. I get lunch break but most of the day they are doing nothing out there.
