Had a great experience! Went there for the first time today. Walked in and didn't wait hardly at all! The staff was so nice. I will definitely return and refer. Thanks so much!
I have had good and bad experiences here. Last fall I had been feeling flu-like - achey, sore throat, coughing. I went here because I cannot stand the American Family Care walk-ins. The doctor was nice and told me I had a minor upper respiratory infection and ordered lots of rest and fluids, but no shot or prescription. I took 2 days off before returning to work. 2 weeks later, I'm not better and my co-workers suggest to go back or even see another doctor for a second opinion. I tried to hold off because I rarely go to the doctor, but it began to worse. I went about 2.5 weeks after my first visit to find out the infection was worse and I now had an ear infection. So, 2 co-pays and a round of medicine FINALLY. Not sure why we couldn't have nipped it in the butt the first time. I hate to complain because the staff and doctors are very friendly. I imagine I'll be back since I don't go to the doctor frequently on this fact alone and just hope this was a one time thing.
I've been to this clinic maybe 3 times and only once had a long wait (walk in clinics usually have long waits) The other 2 times I went were in and out, including yesterday's visit. The staff have always been friendly and courteous and they know exactly what to prescribe. They also provide tissues and sanitizer and facemask in the waiting room which is just going above and beyond if you ask me. The place is super clean overall. Yesterday when I went in I was at about a 3 on the feeling good scale, had a fever and a miserable cough, could barely speak. In less than a day I'm at least back to an 8. Feels like a minor miracle.
Came in for respiratory issues and sore throat. Very happy with the care I received, wait time not too bad, and everyone was very kind and professional. Happy to have found this place.
Awful place and uncaring..... walked in with a screaming 3 year old whose ear started hurting bad enough to be screaming at the top of her lungs and so I drove to the clinic and they refused to see her because it was 10 minutes before they closed. There wasn't even anyone in the waiting room. Then lock the doors and turn your sign to closed. I can't believe they turned away a screaming toddler. I will NEVER go back to this place.
