Got a little frustrated today because on their website & their store front door says open Mon-Fri 8am-8pm.

Very thorough and friendly staff, I was the only person there early in the morning and was in and out in well under an hour. Very professional doctor, will definetly go again if needed.
& when I got there at 6:30 on Tuesday, they were completely closed & doors were locked with no sign on the door explaining why or anything. So frustrating.

WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only would they not run test medically necessary for my child, they CONTINUOUSLY REFUSED to answer my questions, via phone. They sent my daughter to the ER because they didn't want to stay over to DO THEIR JOB!!!! They told my aunt that they stop taking patients at 730p but yet they close a 8pm and should be seeing patients until close and after if they were already in building. I don't care that we were there at 730p we came in to be seen. It is COMPLETELY unacceptable to tell me that "if she had came in earlier we could have ran other test as a outpatient", shouldn't matter what time of day we are there, its your DOCTOR RESPONSIBILITY to treat regardless of time. They sent the xray tech home prior to 8pm which is the reason they refused to do the xray...... THEY WEREN'T THERE!!!! NOT OK!!! SO them saying the xray was unavailable was due to the staff not being there until close, not technical difficulties..... So of course the xray was NOT the RIGHT TREATMENT, wasn't anyone there to do it!!!!! I think medical history should have been a factor in treatment, not the availability of staff. So thanks for NOT DOING YOUR JOBS and passing my child off on a hospital because you were in a hurry to leave for the night. I just also want to say we are from out of state and needed care, if it could have waited we would have!! oh yeah.... it was constipation, so the xray would have been the right course of treatment!!! I will be filling complaints against the facility and the staff. PLEASE!!!!!!!! Don't take your children there, they DO NOT CARE whats in the patients BEST INTEREST! You are just a dollar and time inconvenience to them working! Plus if they don't want to do their jobs they will just send you to the hospital so you can now have 2 bills, for NO REASON!!!!
