Courteous and professional staff. They had to work us in and the wait was still manageable, the care exceptional. It is without reservation that I recommend this facility.
I’ve had some lengthy waits here a time or two but lately I’m in and out in a snap. Dr. Glasgow is always pleasant, thorough, and always effectively treats my illness. Thank you!
I have been a patient for years, and have seen the drug seekers come and go. Those with no proof of pain, and they ALWAYS want their money back because they didn't get a narcotic. HINT: If a complaint is because they didn't get their money back and complain and their "treatment", you can almost guess what they wanted, You want a guaranteed narcotic? Find a drug dealer and stay out of the doctors offices! Same old complaints because they didn't get their way, or get the pain meds they wanted. If you are looking for a legitimate office, who provides real medical care, Phoenix is the best place you will find.
In all honesty this facility is on point with their care. The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. The wait time is a bit long but I was a new patient so I get it. The Nurse Practitioner and the Nursing staff all together was friendly and helpful. Awsome place to go for help.
First off I'm going to apologize for the one star I have to give them just to rate them because they do nothing to deserve it. Wife has severe back pain and I will take you step by step to all of the problems that we had with this place. First the employees are completely incompetent. The Dr plotka is lazy and you won't see him. You will see a nurse practitioner whom I seriously doubt has the medical training or experience of any run of the mill nurse and I'm referring to the kind of nurses that don't actually have a degree in nursing. They don't understand how to do referrals. They won't call you back. They will not give you any pain medication and I'm talking about even to help someone out for a few days while you have to go to the 2 or 3 Dr's that you are going to have to see before they will even treat you like a human. This place is a money scam and should be shut down. They are absolutely useless. Just bypass them and get a family Dr.
