I absolutely love Doctor Bailey and Katie the nurse practitioner they are so good and have such good bedside manner however this is not a praise for the practice. It is probably the worst practice I've ever been to, the staff is rude. the office manager rude. the owner rude. they only want money it's awful I cannot say enough bad things about it. don't even waste your time go in here you will feel harassed and not cared about. I have requested several times to talk the owner of the practice it has been four days now and she still has not contacted me just heed my warning and don't even mess with it. Doctor Bailey is a AWESOME doctor and I wish under better circumstances that I could stay. Also watch what you sign apparently they feel it's okay to charge you a 20% interest on your bill if it goes unpaid and then on top of that is 3% monthly interest and sometimes you don't have $800 to pay I feel like they're just money hungry.
Dr. Bailey is one of the most caring, patient, understanding, and professional OBGYNs in Alabama. I must admit that the wait time to see him is lengthy. However, that is mainly because he spends quality time with each of his patients and he does a thorough job. You won't regret his services.
Dr. Bailey is the most amazing and caring physician you will ever find. Yes, the wait times can be long but that's only because he takes his time with each and every patient. I absolutely love him!!
Very rude! Appointment was at 4pm they put me in a room and no one came to see me until 4:50pm! So yes from 4pm to 4:50pm i was sitting in a patient room alone! I had to go out to the hallway and ask did they forget about me and i was told that the doctor will be right with me i didnt get a "im sorry" or nothing i was told to go back in the room (rudely) and the doctor will be right with me not to mention it was very upsetting to see ppl that came in after me leave before me!!! Will never come back and this is my last appointment here i will never recommend anyone to this doctors office!
They don't follow up with their patients. I had an appointment 2 months ago and I never heard anything back. I had another nurse call them, still nothing. What a way to say you care about your patients. Find another Women's care facility if you can.
