Need someone just to answer calls. Always ringing, which I'm sure it's costing the company to lose hundreds of dollars
Prices are great. Only problem is the customer service is horrible . Everytime you call, they say there's several people in front of them to call back later . You'll hear the same thing every time ! When you go to the place , there's never many people in there . Needs better staff
Always busy. And wonder why the back room has caustion tape???
