I hired Flowers for a DUI. Long story short he went to court with me, held out on prosecuters offer, said they weren't offering anything decent, etc and come to find out that based on the # that I blew, the courts were offering the minimum allowed by Alabama state law. He even called her bad word and said they could do better. We stood around waiting to "make her think about it". I blew high and they could have given me worse but having no record I was offered minimum they were allowed to do. This attorney should have known this law to begin with so as to not waste my time and over $7k.
