I went from not needing a tow service for almost 20 years to needing one twice in less than two weeks. I used Chandler Towing both times and they more than exceeded my expectations both times. The first time I called was for a battery jump and was given an estimated arrival time of an hour and a half; the driver was there in about 40 minutes and got me on my way in a matter of minutes. The second call required a tow to the dealer for a recall issue that resulted in a car that wouldn't start. The driver very graciously worked with my busy schedule and met me at home when I got off my evening job. Despite the downpour that night, he was super nice, friendly and had a great attitude, which helped me greatly in that stressful time.He also made me aware of the fact the tow cost may be reimbursed by my auto insurance, an option I didn't know was available. I highly, highly recommend Chandler Towing. They are reasonably priced, prompt, polite, and professional.

Brandon exemplifies quality customer service. My mother-in-law was involved in an accident a few hours away from home and was fortunate that Chandler Towing was responsible for helping her that evening. My wife and I drove from Birmingham to pick her up, and although it was late at night, Brandon waited for us to arrive. He even unloaded things out of her vehicle and helped load them into ours. You really can't do any better than that. Thanks!
