This is the absolute worse Taco Bell! Two times in ONE week they could not get a order right then the manager and crew had a REALLY bad attitude! I will take the extra 5 min drive to a better location!!
Came during a peak time and tested their skills! I ordered a complex meal with specific instructions and they nailed it. Not only did they perform well under pressure, the restaurant, parking lot and restrooms were clean. The staff was professional and the food came out quick. I highly recommend this Location!
To make it worse, I was charged for all 7 items I ordered, but only received 5. There were at least 4 employees working, and they were not busy. Absolutely unacceptable.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My lady and I live across the street and have frequently visited this location. Every time we visit this location we are waiting in the drive thru line for 10-25 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes this evening my order was finally taken with no customer service. When I gave my order and pulled around the cashier manning the drive thru looked at me and placed his hand out for my payment without saying a word. When he handed my food to me he once again didn’t say a word nor would he even make eye contact. It was very clear that the employees have an I don’t care attitude. We will never visit this location again. Terrible service and clearly fake reviews!
It's taco bell, and the food is always good (hence the 2nd star), but after the 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru took 20 minutes to have their orders taken, I finally got to the order screen. I was told to wait, and 5 minutes passed before my order was taken. It was another 10 minutes before my food was handed to me out the window.
The service was absolutely horrible. We waited 25 minutes or longer for 6 regular tacos. We we're not the only ones it was everyone that was already there and entered after us. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Very poor service. It will not allow me to post a review without a star so I do not want to give them a star but I have to just to post my review. So sad.
