Friendly staff. I come a couple times a month for dog food and have never had a problem.

First time in the shop, fell in love with it untill I need help with fish, the young lady that helped me was very rude and acted as if she did not want to answer my question. Makes me not want to go back there again.
Fairly straightforward local pet store. Retail staff appear to be knowledgeable. Retail staff is very attentive. I've read the poor reviews here and I can say the grooming lady's bark is much worse than her bite. While surprisingly snappy to me, she took good care of my dog. She knew my dogs name (my wife generally brings her in) and showed her compassion for ingrown toenails (owners fault, not dogs!). She seems to me to be someone that much prefers the company of furry friends than that of people, and I'm okay with that because I feel that way sometimes too. She was very sweet and gentle to my dog, so I dont particularly care about how she treats me. The 4 star reflects their prices. Seem a little high on most if not all products.
