a couple of weeks ago i visited this post office to inquire about a package that was delivered. First the line was ridiculous!, and the staff was rude as hell. I asked a lady about my package and it appeared the more i explained about my package the more bewildered she was. On top of that she was very unprofessional in her response to what i needed to know about my package. The package pick up door is always closed which doesnt make sense if people are there to just pick up a package. my experience at this post office doesnt even deserve a one star. It deserves less
Update: I haven't received another package from them successfully. They've lost every package since this post, and never find it. I think there is no way these people are losing this many packages on accident, these people are criminals and need to be investigated for theft.
Went to return some prepaid items that were very expensive. The clerk was snobby when I said I need to make sure there is tracking added so I can make sure. He acted like I was degrading him and said yes ma'am no problem ma'am I'll just keep my mouth shut and do want you want me to. And all I wanted was tracking for the cell phone and directv boxes. I've now gotten notice that my items haven't made it back and will be charged 500 plus.. I've tracked them and they were "returned to the post office and no further info available" I spent 30 minutes on hold trying to speak with someone and had to hang up. 1-800 number and an hour wait time. Sadlyy where I work this post office is my only option.
Pretty good Post Office. One of the better ones I've been to. Nice employees and all.
Passport lady deserves to be fired. She waited on the 9 people in front and behind me in line and then went into the back. She refused to answer my question, even when other people in the line were asking her to respond to me. I was the only person of my race in that line. No coincidence. Ultimately, she responded to my question with a question, deliberately refusing to answer me. Then she closed 15 minutes early. She is a racist and had no problem showing it.
I honestly wish I could put less than 1 star. Most of my packages get lost or delivered to the incorrect place. Horrific customer service. Extremely rude staff.
