great service, i needed a laptop and a employee, i did forget his name. SORRY GREAT GUY , KNOWLEDGEABLE, professional, and he WAS A+++. Anyway I'll be back, , i do remember he recently graduated from ALABAMA A&M. Definitely an asset to this company.....

When we went in we were looking for headphones and a girl showed us where it was. We found the pair he liked the best and needed to get them out of the case (locked). It took about fifteen minutes to find someone.
Staff was helpful and friendly. My issue is Best Buy claiming a refurbished item is a discounted open box item. We purchased a smart tv that was discounted as an open box item. Got it home and screen was cracked. Seen the sticker on the back reading Best Buy Recycled. A $13.00 difference for a refurbished model from a brand new model. Liars.
Went to Best Buy to get a movie, looked it up online it said they had it, but when I got there they didn't have it, they would have had to order it
