I have had such a great customer service experience with this Public Storage location, and it is because of the AMAZING service I received from Carolyn. When I tell you that she is LEVEL 10 of AWESOME, please believe me: she was helpful, knowledgeable, and took great care of me. I appreciate that she did not try to "up sell me", and made good recommendations in terms of my storage needs that actually saved me money. She even came out into the blustery weather to help me with my unit when I needed it! Carolyn was just the sweetest, and she was the consummate customer service professional. I had a great experience at Public Storage. The person helping me, Tyler, was extremely helpful and friendly.
Walked in to buy damp check. This is the only store I know that sells moisture absorber that works so great and very affordable. It's not bulky as well unlike those huge moisture absorbers for commercial buildings and factories. It's perfect for small spaces like storage units and in different areas in our house. Tyler did a great job in explaining to me the features of this product and how this will help me. Jason also wears a big smile. Both of them are very welcoming and accommodating.
