Some of the employees need additional training on how to properly correct a person that may be doing something incorrectly. For the most part we have had good experiences with this facility but tonight, however, one employee jumped on my son in a very rude harsh manner and then proceeded to pick up his $900+ phone and "toss" it away from him. Witnesses told me she was yelling at the top of her lungs and completely went off on him. What he was "allegedly" doing wrong is what kids had been doing the entire night so he had no reason to believe it was not allowed. I believe this is another case of employees not knowing the rules - one allows one thing, while another does not. Are the employees trained on what is allowed and what is not? Are they trained on how to correct a person and how to calmly convey a correction? Even if it was not allowed, there is a right and wrong way to correct a person. An employee should NEVER yell at another person and most certainly should NEVER pick up a persons personal property and "toss" it. When I asked directly, she claimed she picked it up and gently moved it. I have three witnesses that say otherwise as she was in pure rage mode. Surely they have security cameras and if management cared at all then those would be reviewed and corrections would be made. I hope management will seek additional training for their employees.

Great atmosphere.

We will definitely be back.

Clean, neat and organized better than any trampoline park I have been to. Plenty of room so thst kids weren't runnning all over each other. I love the areas for the smaller kids. Tons of things to do to get your monies worth. I liked that there was multiple places for parents to see all the excitement while relaxing. BIG BONUS!!

My son (12 yrs) had never been to a trampoline park, so he was really looking forward to a trip to Altitude with his friends. They started at the dodgeball area, where I noticed a fully grown adult woman (35-40 yrs) was throwing very aggressively at children his age and younger. Before I could even get the kids’ attention to get them out of there, she got very close to him (basically snuck in from the side), and threw the ball at his upper chest so hard that it knocked him backwards onto one of the harder foam dividers between the trampolines. Either the hit from the ball or the fall on the divider knocked the wind out of him and hurt his back, so our fun day out was over in less than 10 minutes. This woman never even apologized. I complained to the first employee I saw, who told me she paid too, so they couldn’t do anything. I then went to the manager, and she was very apologetic, refunded our money, and I believe banned the adult woman from dodgeball (but not the park). I’m posting this as a warning for other parents, especially those with kids younger than mine. I hope Altitude will consider banning this woman entirely because she ruined my son’s day and is a danger to kids who are there to have fun.

Would give 5 stars if the price was more realistic and front desk employees were more professional.

I would give 10☆ if I could.

From 1 1/2 hours away. Can't wait to visit again.

This place is awful. I came so my child could attend a party and I had no intention of using the facilities. I was seated for about an hour, when the workers came and said we needed to remove our shoes, which I did. Then, someone else came by and said we had to sit somewhere else since we didn't have their special socks. Then, someone came by and said it was ok to sit with our shoes off as our children played. 5 minutes later, the workers came by and said we could stay but had to have a spectator wrist band. I don't blame the workers, but management must not have a clue. I do not recommend this place if they are this disorganized about parents wearing shoes, imagine how they implement their safety policies.
