Great place for kids and adults to. It has an 18 hole putt-putt course, arcade games, go cart track, fair like rides, concession stand, kids win tickets playing arcade games to turn in for prizes!!! Fun, Fun, Fun!!!
The entire property remains in disrepair and continues to decay. I can only assume that the owners are either unable financially or are simply not interested in investing in the major refurbishments this facility so desperately needs, and the families of Huntsville deserve. It's either time for them to invest in their business or close it down for good. The juice isn't worth the squeeze given the property's current condition -- inflated prices for a mediocre experience in a shabby environment. By all indications it appears that they are now merely trying to milk every last drop out of the cow before she finally collapses for good. It's a shame... 25+ years of memories for thousands of local families over the years. :-/
It's not a bad place but the atm doesn't work. When I told the child at the register she said "Yeah...it doesn't work..." I said she might want to put up a sign. "Yeah...the manager is the only one who can do that and she's been kinda busy and I don't think it's ever worked..." I said she might wanna get out a sharpie and make a sign anyway. "Yeah..."
If your atm doesn't and never has worked, get rid of it. Why do I need to say this.
We love to take the kids here year after year. We often times spend the day and take advantage of the water rides too. There could be more and an expanded water park, but that is because we were spoiled when we lived in TX with the massive park there. Our son had a fall, nothing major, but the staff were so attentive and helped him out with some first aide and ice very quickly. That was a big plus in my book.
The water slides are concerning. My family went there for a birthday party and there were several incidents which should not have happened. My wife got a scrub bruise on her spine. My kid got to the bottom and right as he popped his head out of the water, another kid landed on top of him. Two other kids in our group went down the yellow slide and a huge paint chip got under their toenails. It was really ugly and bleeding. If you've ever had a messed up nail, you know it'll be messed up for years now. When they went to go tell someone who worked there, they gave the kids a bandaid and a popsicle and admitted that they hadn't properly smoothed the slides that morning and had opened late. Other than that, they didn't even say sorry.
