Staff was very helpful and considerate of our needs. They did a great job with taking care of all of the arrangements, especially with having to deal with moving our family member from another state for the funeral.
Additionally, my wife is an artist & someone asked her to paint some embellishments on a casket. (The band of logos of their son's favorite group.) They staff accommodated her every need & even offered to buy her lunch as she worked in the clean & organized work area behind the scenes.
The entire Berryhill staff were wonderful to us. They provided the cremation and memorial for my husband's dad. They didn't just go through the business motions. They provided caring, compassionate support to all the family and friends involved in this grieving process. This is the second time we have used Berryhill and will continue to do so. They treat you like family.
I attended a few funeral services there & thought things went well so I contacted them when my Mother passed. We did not have any public service at Berryhill but in Florida. The Staff at Berryhill was absolutely wonderful in every detail that was needed. I was very grateful for their assistance with travel, cremation, death certificates & even with questions from a life insurance company.
Two close friends lost loved ones & I took them to see Joel Hastings. He handled everything with class & accuracy for them as well.
