Very clean facility. The staff was also courteous and helpful. With road construction in front of the hotel, it was a little tricky finding it the first time.
The room itself was great! The thing was HUGE, very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The couch in the room was great, too!
My stay at this DoubleTree in Huntsville was exactly what I needed for my short trip. I had to leave for my show in Huntsville immediately after work and was admittedly a bit frazzled and completely exhausted when I showed up, and had left myself a very minimal window to check in. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly, they had a warm chocolate chip cookie waiting for me upon check in, which was a blessing since I hadn't left myself any time to get dinner.
Rooms are beautiful and incredibly well kept. Maid service each day and very respectful. Hotel employees always courteous and respectful. Willing to assist at any time.
Overall, very, very impressed with my stay at this location and would stay again!
Rooms, service and breakfast were outstanding! A great place to hold our Lutheran Teachers Conference.
This was our first stay and the Double Tree and it was great. Debbie Howell checked us in and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay there again!
