Management has not done anything as of today to improve the cleaning issues. Urine stains on the floor in the bathroom, dirty sheets, hair in shower, dead bugs on the floor, dust everywhere, previous customers underwear left behind the door, toe nail clippings, trash particles in the bathroom, dog hair in the chair, crumbs on counter top and floor. I showed pictures to the front desk to inform management.
The manager and staff are very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I had the chance to "visit" building 131. I was very disappointed. Stained rug, broken blinds, some lights didn't work and the room smelled. The manager and staff were very helpful, understood my concern and cancelled the reservation since it was literally minutes after I arrived. On the side note, I think it should be clarified at the moment of the booking that the separate buildings are far (like 3 miles from the actual hotel) and don't have any amenities.
Filty rooms. GM does not care what you think. And he is a liar. Will tell you one things and then tells ihg customer guest relations and story. Motel 6 is better
Try to avoid staying here. The rooms and staff were perfect, however I had a deposit charged to my account that was $100 more than my total cost of staying for 4 nights. It's been 20 days and I'm still waiting for it to go away.
Worse place
The new facility is amazing rooms with almost fully equipped kitchens, but the separate buildings across base are atrocious. While they are apartment size the furniture is very dated as well as the buildings. Half the time if your key stops working they expect you to drive three miles to them to reset it. The kitchens are equipped with stuff I would find at one of my grandmothers yard sales and it’s obvious the cleaning staff isn’t great as there was black gunk floating around my shower drain. When I went to wipe it off it smeared everywhere. If you can’t stay in the new facility stay off post. Not worth it.
House cleaning has issues in the 131, 133, 135 buildings. Motel 6 is probably better.
