I ordered over the phone for delivery , I however didn’t receive my order in time because of a computer mix up , I was kind upset but then one of the employees who answered the phone handle me with excellent customer service . She was humble and took care of the mix up . Her name was Samantha . Cool chick . She needs a raise . Lbvs .
Oh my gosh. I don't know who made our food but it was great. We had the Philly Cheese steak pizza, pineapple and spinach on one half with cheese only on the other , and the chicken Alfredo pasta. Delicious.
Horrible service. About 75% of my orders i get for my employees are wrong. At a certain point my employees began recording there wrongs. It’s been 6 pizzas in a row. Which half online orders half phone orders. Save your money and time. I’d post all the wrongs online but not worth ruining peoples jobs. All I’m saying is find any place besides them. Trust me.
We order from this store a lot, and they never fail to make good food. However, their service is absolutely horrible. They ALWAYS forget our sauces when they deliver, and today they have hung up on us 7 times already without ever trying to answer the phone.
Perfect every time - delivery driver very polite & courteous. I wish you would change the checkout so we could add a tip. Many of us don't have cash on hand.
