Absolute trash! I ordered two large steak-tips and said on the phone well done. I ordered a replacement and the replacement was still bleeding. Upset i waited a few weeks to order from them again. This time they were also still bleeding after the staff was told about the previous encounter and that I would really like them well done. The replacement came and they had forgotten to bring a whole order of steak-tips. To top it off the first encounter we were promised a redeeming card in the mail which never arrived. This is frustrating because I used to rave about how great steak-out was. Would not recommend to anyone. You will just end up waiting two hours to be disappointed.
The Ribeye steaks meal is awesome. Getting a take out steak here is better than going to a eat in a steak restaurant. The prices are more affordable and even if they deliver to you the meals are always not sometimes but always HOT on delivery. As compared to some restaurants the meal is cool before you can eat After waiting to be served. Go Steak Out
This place has fantastic steak for carry out restaurant however, the girl that answers the phone and takes the directions to your house is stupid as a Box of rocks. 4 times of ordered from there She did not give the driver the specific information that I gave her to find my location Making it impossible for them to deliver and have to return to the store to call me again to get the directions
