Each time I go to the first showing of a moving here, I see guys in the back pirating it. Does the theater care that all this goes on here?
Absolutely terrible experience. They have eliminated both the ticket counter staff and the ticket kiosks and merged everything into the concession line. This made for extremely long lines to buy a ticket. This was compounded by another long line to get into the theater caused by faulty ticket scanners (you can’t just tear the ticket and go?!). The upshot was that after all that hassle we missed the beginning of our movie and had to stand in line AGAIN to recieve a refund. We will likely never choose this theater again, there are simply too many other better options in the area. The theater management need to take a serious look at their operations.
Nice thearer and Comfortable seats is the plus. Down side, the movie start time starts 25 to 30 minutes of commercials. You pay a premium NOT to see all the commercials... but not here.
We bought into the premier service right before the newest Star Wars movie and watched the movie there and had no issues, even got a free Icee for signing up. I've never had any issues with this place. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because I absolutely love the recliner movie theater and prefer to go there. I like the location of this movie theater better though.
Came out of movie just after dark and found car vandalized and broken into. Parked near entrance. Don't feel safe here.
Great place love the theaters are and clean popcorn is buttery than ever, and anybody who hasn't been there will have a good time!
