They just finished a big job fixing the foundation issues I had, and I couldn't be happier! Everyone from Tony, to Lisa , to the crew working on it were fantastic, friendly and very thorough. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
I have to say that I am genuinely impressed with Kennedy and Sons Structural Solutions. Very innovative and, from what I can tell, a leader in the industry. I believe their name sums it up.
Our neighbors hired Kennedy to work on their foundation last fall, and we ended up hiring them to fix the droop in the brick above our garage door that had been getting consistently worse for several years. We got estimates from two other companies and the prices were not that far apart. The reason we chose to go with Kennedy was because of the technique proposed. As an engineer, it just made the most sense to me. The repair was minimally invasive and took only a few days. It is hard to find honest and reliable contractors these days, but that is what we found in Kennedy. The finished product is better than we expected.
I arranged a meeting at the company's convenience for a foundation repair estimate. I arranged for a family member to travel to my house to meet them since I was unable to make it. They never called or showed up. Very disappointed because I expected more.
Absolutely terrible people. Wish I could give them no stars. They treat their employees like trash and do not care who is around. I have also heard from a reliable source that they pay their employees weeks late at times.
I cannot recommend Don Kennedy and Sons. It's been a very bad experience with them. A year ago I got in touch with them for an estimate on joists that support a sinking foundation. The person I spoke with initially was fired after I paid upfront and I was told that paperwork had gotten mixed up. They postponed working for at least a month resulting in at least 3 reschedules. The work they did lasted for around 7 months before I noticed the issue wasn't resolved. In November 2016 I scheduled an appointment for February 1st, their earliest opening, because they agreed to honor a warranty of their work. And today, February 1st, I was rescheduled again. Terrible service.
