Extra Space Storage has a terrific staff. The manager- Shannon- is focused on a the customer while maintaining one of the cleanest facilities I have experienced. The floors in the buildings are always clean and show that the maintenance is frequent and thorough. It is rare to find this kind of attention to detail. I also appreciate the courteous communication from the entire staff. Good people to work with.
