If they tell you 20 minutes count on St least an hour don't recommend using them at all.
I called for a cab two times for my grandpa they never came he waited for hours with his arms full of grocerys and after wait for hours a guy who was getting off work took him home my grandpa and I we're pissed off I will never call them again I would tell people to never use them because there service sucks
Worst cab company ever and everybody that works there is a complete liar. I call for a cab and I had to wait 2 hours and I keep calling and they keep lying. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use there service.

I haven't been so absolutely pissed off in YEARS. I called for a cab and waited an hour and 45 minutes and no taxi ever came. I called several times throughout the time I waited and all I got was the run around. Merely a stalling tactic. There is no way in hell it takes almost 2 HOURS to get to anyone in Huntsville/Madison. I was never even informed from the beginning that there were no cars available, which would've at least given me the opportunity to call someone else. I will NEVER, EVER CALL THIS CAB COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I ALWAYS tip my drivers and I try to be patient and understanding but this was absolutely ridiculous!
