They really don't have any type of customer service skills. At this particular location thumbs down
No one is ever there to take your call.Its a straight mess in that station.They really don't assist anyone.To be honest greyhound need some better workers at this station.This is the second greyhound bus station I will rate two stars.The other one is in Montgomery, Al.
it's dirty it was hot the bathrooms were filthy
It was an ok trip. Some of the layovers are multiple and for a very love time. It's very hard on the traveler, especially at night
The only reason there is one star is because you can choose nothing....This was the WORSE experience I've ever had!!! I will never use this service again. I had to call five times to get someone from the USA to help with with a problem. The bus that my son is one is delayed but no one can tell me why or even what time it will be... and to make matter worse, when I asked the lady that answered phone who I could call to get answers from, she hung up on me. I guess Greyhound does not believe in customer service.
