Maybe, maybe not....!?!
Uncaring, unprofessional, and useless. Absolutely no customer service skills (based off the level of service I have received). For the first time ever I called this department non-emergency number for a serious neighbor dispute. 2 calls + 3 hours later, they arrive. Walkie Talkies blaring, stomping around and leaving mud on my carpet. After talking for a few seconds (loudly), they announce "Nothing can be done". Of course nothing can be done because your loud and uncaring actions alerted the offending neighbor to your arrival. Therefore, they had ample time to stop and play innocent. If this is what my hard earned tax dollars are contributing to- I pray I will never need this service again.
