Being a Plus size female I love being able to shop at Forever 21. The only thing is this store hardly ever puts out new plus size clothes. On many different occasions the associates have told me that they have new items the just haven't been put out yet. As of today they still have items on display from the summer, yes there are a handful of new items but the old definitely out way the new. Its just really frustrating knowing that the averages sizes have all of their new product out, it just seems like a bit of size discrimination to me.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. STORE MANAGER WEARS DARK TINTED SUNGLASSES, SO I CAN NOT TAKE HER SERIOUSLY AS A CONSUMER WITHOUT EYE CONTACT. I ALSO WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY WHEN I MADE A PURCHASE INITIALLY SO YOU CAN IMAGINE MY CONFUSION WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN A FEW ITEMS THEY TOLD ME I COULD ONLY THE EXCHANGE THESE ITEMS. BUT THAT WAS NOT WHAT MADE THIS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ON TOP OF THAT MISCOMMUNICATION I ALSO WITNESSED THE STORE MANAGER AND OTHER MANAGEMENT BASHING AN ASSOCIATE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE ABOUT A YOUNG MAN SHE IS DEALING WITH. ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS AGREED THAT THAT WAS SOMETHING THAT SHOULDN'T BE DISCUSSED IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AT ALL AND FELT VERY BAD FOR THE YOUNG LADY, HER FACIAL EXPRESSIONS WERE QUITE DISHEARTENING. YOU COULD IMAGINE HOW THAT CAN BE QUITE OFF PUTTING FOR A STORES IMAGE. OVER ALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER HERE ANYMORE. THIS LOCATION IS ATTRACTIVE, BUT BEAUTY OF A LOCATION CANNOT OVERRIDE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT WITH OBVIOUS FICTITIOUS ATTITUDES.
Of of the worst stores for any type of customer service. I've been to this store twice, my first time and my last time. The hired help stands around BS'ing with each other while customers require assistance. Terrible presentation of themselves to the buying public. Well, here's a hint, you can buy the same stuff elsewhere. Management should be ashamed of how this store operates.
