On a house hunting trip, and stopped here to waste some time. Store was poorly organized and in disarray. Employees were too busy playing with their phones to assist customers. When we went to check out, none of the registers were open. After standing around for a few minutes, we were waved over to customer service to check out.
They saved the day when my double stroller had a flat tire. I wasn't able to air the tire up. They not only fixed the problem, they were courteous and friendly. Thanks for saving our Saturday!
My lady ordered some stuffed animals from ToysRus on Dec 15th and they said that it would arrive on Dec 21st for her daughter’s first Christmas and still hasn’t received it that is totally unacceptable and they definitely lost a customer
We're new to the area. If this is what we have to look forward to, I'll stick with Amazon.
Went there at 9pm needed help the girl that was standing there gossiping radioed someone to help me...15min pass and nothing go back to the front find 3 girls gossiping doing nothing and the lady acted surprised nobody had helped me yet then turned around and kept gossiping none of them could stop their conversation to help me for 2 seconds...worst store experience I have ever had...then the person that finally helped me refused to price match...why have a price match guarantee if the stores are not going to uphold it...will not be returning...and the dm of this store should really look in to what goes on in this place...
Nothing is in it's place, sales broken toys staff moves very slow don't answer their phone, hard to find someone to help
I spotted an additional item in clearance on our way out, but when I went to pay, the line was six overflowing carts deep. They wouldn't open a lane, even though three employees were standing at the front, on their phones (seriously.). I walked out.
