I wish I could give her 0 stars. Don't go to this stuck up women. She made me wait an hour just to tell me she didn't want to see me and that I should go to another doctor.
Dr. Darla Cowart has been my primary care physician for 10 years. She has seen me through many health problems and has always been very thorough, knowledgeable, concerned and very kind. The office has always been very efficient and keeps their schedules running on time. I understand there are sometimes delays due to emergencies and I have never felt inconvenienced or rushed. Wonderful office and wonderful Doctor. I truly appreciate Dr. Cowart.
I went to Dr. Cowart for several years, then had to change doctors because she did not accept my new insurance. I am now with my original insurance company and called to see if I could resume being her patient and was told - pretty curtly I have to say - that since I transferred to a local doctor, I will not be reinstated. I mentioned that the only reason I moved was because the change in insurance and was again -and rudely- that I was not eligible for reinstatement. I am shocked. What an incredibly stupid way to run a practice.
Dr. Cowart was my doctor for years, until I had to move, she is a great doctor, and I will, miss her,and her staff so much.
She was very thorough in explaining and listening to my concerns !
