Do NOT take your loved ones here or go to this doctor if you care about your health and expect to be treated like a human being. I have never experienced such incompetence and complete carelessness from a doctor's office in my life. My mother was referred here by Huntsville hospital after she almost died from double pnemonia in Oct 2015. He was her aftercare doctor and told us to call him and see him again if she ever had any problems again. She has a severe upper respiratory infection now and has already been to our GP and was in the ER all night last night so she needed to schedule an appointment here for follow up care again. Excuse my language because I'm going to be blunt - the receptionists are the rudest bitches you will ever have the misfortune of speaking to. My mother was crying in tears and gasping for breath and they had the nerve to sit there and argue with her that there is nothing wrong with her and that there is no record of her being on oxygen when Huntsville Hospital and this doctors office are the ones who set it up for her! This office needs to learn to LISTEN to their patients and use their brains instead of arguing - it's extremely clear when someone is struggling to speak and breathe. Don't blame your patients for your incompetence and inability to keep decent records. I have had doctors offices be able to find prescriptions from years ago but this place can't keep basic information on their patients and DO NOT CARE at all about their patients health. I have never been as angry at any business as I am now nor have I ever witnessed such complete failure from an employee to do their job in my entire life. We ended up scheduling an appointment at an even later date at another doctors because I refuse to give anyone who treats their patients so horribly any business of mine. No excuse for the horrible attitude and incompetency from the employees and no excuse for not being able to keep basic, accurate records.
