I am not a patient of Dr. Karne but he is treating my mother, very far from my home, for a serious issue. Emotions can run high when one is away from a sick relative. I was also getting incomplete information via family and friends. Dr. Karne took the time to explain everything to me calmly and patiently, outside of office hours. Thank you for your understanding and kindness when my emotions and misinformation caused me to be a jerk. I now know, without a doubt, that my mother is in very good hands and that you are doing everything possible to help her. HIGH marks and gratitude. Please don't hold my distress against me.
