My daughter and I both see Dr. Kostrzewa and we are very pleased! He put tubes in my daughter's ears when she was 10 months and the procedure went well - she's now 3 years old and we've had zero issues since then. Also, he did sinus surgery on me due to chronic sinus infections. He did a great job of explaining everything about the procedure and recovery - I felt very comfortable with him and everyone else involved doing the surgery. I hate that other people have had bad experiences, but I have nothing but good things to say about this place!
I see Dr. Martin for thyroid issues and my son sees Dr. Kostrzewa for significant nasal/septum issues. I have been pleased with the conservative treatment from both doctors, and I greatly appreciate that they explain everything thoroughly. After being prescribed a nose spray that my insurance doesn't adequately cover, we came up with an alternative treatment that works just as well. I also have been pleased with the office staff. I was running late for an appointment because of being stuck at a light due to a traffic accident. I called the office to let the know, and they were very understanding. They are a very busy office, so I imagine they are fairly strict with their policies. I haven't run into any problems though. All in all, I would highly recommend this practice.
The Dr. was very thorough and made me feel that I was in good care. However, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time. My second visit I was running a little late and called them twenty minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told that if I didn't make it within ten minutes after that I would have to reschedule. So instead of driving thirty minutes and chancing "one minute late" being too late I decided to reschedule. I was told it would be twenty five dollars for the late reschedule. So instead I just cancelled the appointment all together. I would rather go to a place that doesn't expect you to wait as long as they want you to without trying to work with you much at all. I'm sure the doctors are all great but I'll take my business elsewhere. The crew lost the company my money.
Wow I got and appointment a month out. I️ get to the office and still had to wait and hour to get to the back . You know you are in the wrong because you can’t look in the eye of the patient. So the question is to the floor I️ really hope the floor answer her back.
