Long story made short, I was over billed by more than $200 thanks to mistakes made by Alex (AT&T sales rep). And I was told by the manager (Shane) that even though credit had been issued for the over billed amount that I would still have to pay that amount and wait for it to be deducted later. What? Only an idiot would expect the customer to pay for mistakes you or your staff created. As a business owner I can tell you that if I did business this way I wouldn't be in business very long.
Do NOT trust this company.
If you have any issues you'll get better service by calling the 800 number. I called and got the issue resolved and was able to pay the actual amount I owed instead of paying the over billed portion that the store manger (Shane) was trying to force me to pay.
I have never been treated more poorly by any company. Once my contract is expired I will never go back. Don't say I didn't warn you.
They will LIE to get your business.
Alex was an exceptional representative, she answered all of my questions thoroughly and got me in and out very quickly.
Long time customer who had in the past received decent service at this location. But not now. The current manager Shane appears to lack the intelligence to properly manage his staff & solve the customer's issues (issues which I might add were created by his mis-managed staff).
Really great customer service. They are so friendly and easy to do business with!
While "calls are recorded for quality assurance" if you try to get them to review the call to prove YOU are truthful and they were not ,you will get a compete run around.
Worse customer service. Didn’t explain NOTHING to me. I had to call the 1800 number and they were excellent compared to the terrible service this store offered.
