Finally after 4 weeks came to the store at 10 AM and stood in the line to be first to get an answer ,could not trace my order initially and with my email got the account info and totally had wrong telephone contact number.Very rude . I would not recommend this service to nay one.
I really enjoy shopping at Best Buy in Huntsville. I am only disappointed at the lack luster of the Car Audio video dept. My last visit was great. The assosiates are very knowledgeable, and helpful. They can't help that the store is out dated, and that the gaming dept., and mentioned, Car audio departments are lacking spark. I also miss the Home theater surround room, where the actual experience of shopping for the home theater experience could be sampled. Bring these back to the stores of the past with the modern twists they need.
I gave my computer for service to the Geeks at Best Buy 4weeks ago. No correspondence about the status of the service. Came to the Store to find out the status and was told to get an appointment to find out the status.
Extremely noncompetitive pricing on USB drives and cables, hoping to catch people who haven't heard of Amazon. Also, attitude from one customer service person, but otherwise, good service. Good to see what's available and play with it here.
Our online order was left on our front porch by UPS and was devoured by dogs before we got home. After filing a claim with UPS, I called BestBuy customer service and was told to go to a local store to exchange the well-chewed Xbox games for new ones. The clerk at customer service at the Best Buy in Huntsville, AL could not have been more delightful to work with. After being in awe of the dogs’ ability to destroy both box and disc, she happily exchanged our games with new ones. It could not have been easier. Thank you for helping to avert a possible Christmas disaster.
If you are shopping for gaming type accessories, locate the young man named Durell (not for sure that's how you spell it). Most helpful young man and very knowledgeable about gaming accessories!
