With only two people in front of me, I waited around 45 minutes. Then after handing my paper work to the front desk clerk, she lost them and I had to go back into the waiting pool until my Dr. Was able to fax over another set. At least the techs are nice.
I was there for lab work. 5 stars were earned by my phlebotomist, Breonna. I barely even felt the needle, and she made the whole thing seem pleasant.
My husband attempted to drop off a time sensitive sample and no one paid any attention and are now unable to test said sample. This isn't something that can just be done again tomorrow either, multiple days of no activity is required. There were no apologies either. It was almost made like it was my husband's fault. He followed all directions and said they were not even busy.
I went here to get some blood work done and the lab staff was super friendly and helpful, and they told me exactly what they were doing! They helped keep me calm even though I HATE needles!
