I rarely have to visit in person because I just call in my prescriptions so I haven't been in months. Apparently their system had updated and they no longer had my insurance on file. I will say on my part I was not prepared and did not anticipate having to provide it so I expressed some frustration, BUT my major issue was that when I sighed and started asking some questions the receptionist Mary Partain cut her eyes over at the other receptionist as if I was the one being out of line. I have visited the office five or six times and have never had to show my insurance card- the reason I know this for fact because she didn't believe me is because I lost my card and haven't had a physical card for over a year because I don't go anywhere else. I did not appreciate the way she made it seem as if I was the one being inconvenienced when y'all are the ones that changed systems.
Since Hsv Hosp took over it's downhill all the way, will be looking elsewhere for a Dr after over 15 yrs.
Cited number is disconnected. It was irresponsible of HH not to have a forwarding message for at least several months. It appears people were using this clinic just a few months ago.
They got us in quick. Were courteous. And helpful answering all our questions. You do want to call first though, they are by appointment only.
