B and B is a fantastic jewelers and the only place I would consider taking my antique jewelry (including sentimental family pieces) for repairs. Their prices are always fair and they don't seem to mind that I usually come in wearing jeans and flip flops!
Extremely poor customer service. My husband bought my wedding rings, not sure why in the first place, at B&B and was told they do have a trade up program. When we called about trading up, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Prior to that I called them about doing a repair to a prong and they wanted to charge me 100 to repair! I would not recommended them to anyone!
