My fiancé and I got my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Reeds recently, and we are very happy with our rings. I wanted something besides the traditional engagement ring, but didn't know exactly what I wanted. Haydn helped us design a ring consisting of rose gold, champagne diamonds, black rhodium, and an antique cushion cut smoky quartz. I love my ring and have received so many compliments on my ring - everyone says it is beautiful and absolutely perfect for me! Also, my ring size is very small, and he worked with us to make sure everything fit my finger and looked proportionate. Haydn is always friendly and helpful. While I can't necessarily give glowing reviews of the other employees, I can, with complete confidence, recommend Haydn!

I went to Reeds Jewelers at Bridge Street looking for a pair of wedding bands to complement my future wife's engagement ring. From the beginning, Haydn was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in his abilities to create the perfect wedding bands. After looking at a few in-store styles, we decided to go with custom made rose gold wedding bands. The final product was better than imagined. All the curvatures of the bands matched the engagement ring perfectly, the diamonds were of top quality and the rose gold was beautiful. I can't say who had the biggest smile on their face, the future wife, me or Haydn. I will definitely be returning to Haydn at Reeds Jewelers for all of my future jewelery needs.
I bought my girlfriend's engagement ring from Reeds at Bridge Street back in November and the buying experience was fantastic. The manager, Hayden Hayes was great. He was very helpful and straight forward about the rings, the pricing, the warranty and the quality of the rings and how to tell the difference between all the options they had. It was a great atmosphere and buying experience and he was one of the most helpful salesman that I've ever done business with. We will definitely be buying more jewelry from them in the future.
We shopped for rings and looked at diamonds for months before we walked into Reed’s and met Haydn Hays. We lucked out! This man is a diamond genius! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and truly looks out for his customers. He can look at a diamond online and essentially know everything about it! He has a gift! I would give him 10 stars if I could! We are so blessed and thankful that Grogan Jewelers would not let me use their bathroom... otherwise we wouldn’t have kept walking and wandered into Reed’s. I LOVE my ring and the rest of the staff also helped make it magical! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
We have discussed our concerns directly with Reeds Jewelers and have reached an amicable settlement of our complaints. We are totally satisfied at this time and are glad that this matter was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.
Reed's Jeweler's SWAPPED my DIAMOND
Reed's Jeweler's swapped my diamond for a smaller and lower quality stone. My husband purchased my wedding ring from their Huntsville,Al location in 2014. I took it back there in 2016 to get it cleaned and re-dipped in white gold. I dropped it off for 6 hours and returned to pick it up to find out that they had SWAPPED my diamond. This has been so heart breaking and such an emotional rollercoaster. I can't believe they would do such a horrific crime to their customer. I want to warn everyone/ anyone who is thinking about doing business with them that they are disloyal and I wouldn't trust them. They also failed to provide the IGI certificate for the original ring which was supposed to have came in the mail to find out later that there isn't a IGI certificate to match the diamond. Luckily, we already had it appraised and the ring I have now is a lower weight, color, and clarity. I informed Reed's that I will not allow this to be swept under the rug as they offered to replace the stone but only if I kept this confidential. Total disregard for the emotional turmoil I've been through because of this. I know I will never get my stone, the one I picked out, wore and admired for over two years and exchanged vows with back so I chose to let others know of their dishonesty, fraudulent,bad business habits instead. I wouldn't wish this to happen to anyone. So please protect all your friends and love ones by sharing my story as we continue to pursue this legally.
