I've had my battery replaced several times by these guys. Every time, it's no appointment needed and in and out within 10 minutes. I tried Walmart only to discover that they "can't" work on Fossil or Relic watches before discovering these guys. These guys didn't even blink. I would highly recommend these guys and will be taking any future jewelry repairs to them!
Don't waste your time! Had a necklace shortened & the 1st time I wore it, it broke & they want to charge me AGAIN to repair the break when I did nothing to cause it to break! Crooks in my opinion.
They have repaired gold chains, watches, added shanks to several rings and each time did flawless work. They have gorgeous new pieces as well!
broke my 1904 SR lever set pocket watch right in front of me Brought it in to have it cleaned running perfectly Let the Owner look at it. he grabbed the winder stem and pulled it out of the watch. had no idea of what he had in his hands. stripped the main set screw in it FLAT OUT BROKE IT IN FRONT OF ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN
