I had a horrible experience. I came for a very important mother's day gift. The floor team member was very nice and fairly new at his job which is no problem but had to walk back and forth to the manager after every other question I had. When I had questions about an exchange the manager responded to me while talking to someone else on the phone. After having to explain my situation about an exchange three times (twice to the same manager) they said they couldn't do it. They also explained to me that I need to make sure I know what I want before buying something so that I wouldn't need to have an exchange next time. Kay jewelers in Parkway Place mall exchanged the band and were very personable and polite. Go there first if you can.

Store was clean....but smelled. When we walked in and was asked anything we can help you with we said just looking. Both girls continue to talk to themselves and never got up to suggest anything or offer additional help. I feel like We were stereotyped due to tattoos and two kids in tow. My husband was actually looking for a ring for our anniversary my engagement ring is too small and he was surprising me with a new one. We walked across way to Grogan jewellers and they were amazing. Sold us a new ring, sized my band, and sold us on a new ring for my husband that fits his finger better. So NEVER judge a book or person by cover.
Wonderful service ,I won't shop anywhere else. Way better than jareds! Go here first, I had a young woman with glasses and an older gentlemen help me find the perfect gift for my wife. Will definitely come back.
