This place is a complete joke. They do not care...at all. We had to order my fiance's ring. Several weeks before the wedding, I called just to make sure everything was on track with the order. After waiting for a call back, I was told that there were two similar orders, and the other customer picked up the one ring. That's fine. I'm always cool as a cucumber with second chances. I was assured that the ring would be here before my wedding day. I called a few days ahead of my wedding because I hadn't received a call. The person had no idea what was going on. I received a call stating that I would receive a call from the store manager the next day. No call came. My wedding is a day and a half away. I'm going tomorrow to demand a refund. Turns out, my step-sister had the SAME problem, and they only gave half of her refund and mailed the other half. Steer clear of this joke of a pathetic excuse for a business.
Great repairs too, had a vintage heirloom repaired here.

I don't normally like commercial jewlers but these guys are fantastic! No hassle, no manipulation and they treat everyone (regardless of purchase amount ) with the same enthusiasm... Yet not overly so. The wedding band we got was perfect! Matched and contours a ring we bought elsewhere, that was hard to fit another band to. Thank you for taking pressure off us!
